The Blue Bear Foundation is a volunteer-run nonprofit committed to leveling the playing field for underserved students in Mount Airy and the surrounding area. We provide financial support and hands-on learning opportunities through two key initiatives: the Blue Bear Café, a student-led enterprise offering real-world job training, and the Blue Bear Scholarship, which helps remove financial barriers to postsecondary education and skills training.

Through community support, we empower students with the tools, confidence, and experiences they need to build brighter futures and enter the workforce prepared and inspired.
